PROJECT OVERVIEW

Launched four corporate newsrooms: Qurate Retail Group, QVC US, QVC Germany, and HSN, optimized for mobile and desktop. Functionality for easily posting press releases, owned media, investor information, and improved process for media and vendor inquiries.

CHALLENGE

Qurate Retail Group lacked unified platforms for their corporate communications. Each brand operated an inefficient process for media and vendor inquiries, press releases, corporate news, investor information, and content publishing. The challenge was to create centralized, intuitive platforms that streamlined workflows, improved the user experience, and enhanced brand visibility, as well as, provide important information for investors and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversaw implementation and maintenance of four newsroom platforms, designed landing pages, and optimized navigation.

  • Partnered with vendors, global corporate communications, PR, and IT teams to streamline content management workflows, ensuring seamless functionality, and mobile optimization.

  • Integrated content publishing features and media inquiry forms.

  • Conducted usability testing and provided ongoing support for technical and content updates, ensuring brand guidelines met.
