PROJECT OVERVIEW

CHALLENGE
The previous platform was fragmented across multiple sites, leading to inconsistent brand identity and poor user experience. The goal was to create a unified platform that maintained brand distinction while improving information architecture, usability and accessibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Designer, Content Strategy, and Project Manager:
Designed and implemented key landing pages, and navigation for web and mobile in four languages.
Managed information architecture, content design and localization solutions for six markets.
Provided post-launch landing page updates and maintained brand consistency across markets.
CONTENT STRATEGY APPROACH
Audience Segmentation: Developed content framework serving four distinct user types: active job seekers, passive candidates, international applicants, and internal referrals. Each audience needed different information density and navigation paths.
Information Architecture: Created a three-tier IA that prioritized job search functionality while maintaining brand storytelling. Designed navigation to support both browse-based exploration (culture, benefits, locations) and task-based searching (apply now, search jobs).
Content Hierarchy: Established content prioritization framework based on user research showing candidates wanted location-specific benefits information before general company messaging. This informed both page structure and localization strategy.
Multi-Market Strategy: Developed content localization guidelines ensuring cultural appropriateness while maintaining brand consistency across six markets, balancing direct translation with cultural adaptation for messaging effectiveness.
KEY FEATURES & DESIGN APPROACH
Geolocation-Based Personalization: Tailored job search results by user location.

Mobile Optimization: Enhanced usability with responsive, mobile-friendly design.
